Your first visit begins with a comprehensive evaluation where we take a deep dive into your pain levels, injury or surgery history, and the sports and activities you love. We’ll assess your movement patterns and discuss any previous treatments you’ve tried and how they’ve worked for you. From there, we’ll create a personalized roadmap for recovery to help you get back to doing what you love.
After your initial assessment, your physical therapy sessions will focus on rehab exercises, mobility work, and strength training to support your overall physical health. Depending on your needs, sessions may also include hands-on treatments such as massage, taping, dry needling, or cupping. These soft tissue mobilization techniques help reduce pain, release tension, and improve blood flow—enhancing your recovery and performance.
