How long does the Self-Assessment take? The Self-Assessment should take no more than 15 minutes to complete from start to finish.
Will this tell me exactly what's wrong with me? The Self-Assessment is designed to give you a good idea of where your limitations are coming from. If you want to know more precise information, you should schedule an in-person or an online Golf Recovery Assessment.
How soon will I get my results? Once you have completed the Self-Assessment your results are shared with you immediately.
How long do I have access to my results? You have 30 days to access the results following your Self-Assessment.
Can I retake the Self-Assessment? You can take the Self-Assessment only one time during the 30-day period, and you must purchase the Self-Assessment prior to taking or re-taking it.
What if I have more questions after my results? You can schedule a free 15 minute consultation with Dr. David to determine next steps. However, no medical advice will be provided during the 15 minute consultation. See our other FAQ page for more details.
