Our goal is to help golfers of all levels improve their recovery, mobility, and strength to excel on and off the course!

What’s the difference between in-person and virtual sessions? In-person sessions allow us to provide hands-on guidance, perform physical assessments, and create a personalized plan based on direct observation. Virtual sessions, on the other hand, are excellent options for those who prefer convenience or live farther away. These sessions include detailed assessments, guided exercises, and customized plans delivered via video calls. Both options are designed to help you achieve your goals!

How long does an evaluation take? An initial evaluation typically takes around 90 minutes for in-person sessions and 50 minutes for virtual appointments, and depend on your specific needs. During this time, we’ll discuss your goals, assess your movement patterns, and identify areas for improvement to create a personalized plan just for you.

Do you take insurance? Currently, we are out-of-network for all insurance providers, but we’re happy to provide you with a detailed invoice (superbill) that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. We also offer various payment options to ensure our services are accessible to everyone.
